Dark Possession is the eighteenth novel in Christine Feehan’s Dark Series. It takes place probably 50 plus years after the events in Dark Prince. It was published 8/28/2007.

The character Manolito De La Cruz is dangerously close to turning into a vampire. While at the Dark Celebration, he catches the scent of his destined lifemate in MaryAnn Delaney
MaryAnn Delaney is a dedicated counselor for battered women. We first meet her in Dark Destiny. She is friends with Destiny and travels with her to the Carpathian Mountains to enjoy the Christmas Celebration.
